Good morning I have a problem with the engraving machine Gem RX5 ( Vistool 8) Appears very often this error message “Error resetting the device.I t is still active, but it proably still busy with the previous job ..“ and the machine stops responding, sometimes in the middle of an engraving job. I turn the device on and off several times, it works for a couple of jobs and then stops again. Do you have tips on how to fix the problem. Thank you

If you download the latest build of software available on the webshop this should sort the issue out. Please note you will need to uninstall the current version of software before loading the latest version as per PDF instructions within the download.
You will need a webshop account ( different to a forum account ) to do this.
